Brooklands Commercial Finance was established in 2003 and has helped numerous clients ever since. We are a privately owned and independent brokerage, built on over 35 years of commercial experience and a belief that personal and dedicated service is vital in today’s complex world of finance.

We understand that every business is unique and their needs are different. Therefore we have put in place systems to ensure that all our clients’ queries are dealt with efficiently and correctly. A measurement of this is that over 90% of business comes from personal referrals and recommendations.

Brooklands is not restricted to a limited panel of lenders. We cover the full spectrum of commercial finance, which allows us to take a holistic approach to our client's funding requirements.

We work with individuals, sole traders, partnerships and companies. We assist clients that are in start-up situations as well as those that are firmly established. Whilst a lot of our clients are property specialists and landlords, our clients also consist of businesses across the spectrum of commerce, including manufacturing, warehousing, retail, car dealerships, service industries, nursing homes, guest houses, hotels, nightclubs, pubs, catering, construction, recruitment etc.

Our can-do attitude and desire to help our clients has driven our business forward nearly two decades. Our aim is to continue to assist businesses with our knowledge and expertise.

Peter Walsh

Regional Director – North

Peter is based in Yorkshire and looks after our clients in the north of the UK. He is a seasoned commercial finance professional with over 30 years’ experience of sourcing financial solutions for clients.

Having worked in the banking industry both here and abroad and been the MD of his own successful property finance company, Peter understands the needs and expectations of both developers and investors.

Out of the office, you can usually find Peter on the tennis court or golf course; "I’m still a work in progress in these areas so I need lots of practice".
